Custom Cigar Band Printing Process
​Our foiled and embossed cigar bands undergo a meticulous production process, beginning with expertly crafted designs that are meticulously stamped onto high-quality paper. Next, a layer of metallic foil is carefully applied to add a luxurious shine and depth to the design. Finally, precision embossing techniques are employed to create intricate textures and patterns, resulting in a sophisticated and visually stunning final product that enhances the presentation of every cigar.
Flexoprinting
Our custom foiled and embossed cigar bands are produced using flexographic printing, a high-quality and versatile printing technique. This process involves transferring ink onto the bands using flexible rubber plates, allowing for precise and detailed printing of intricate designs. With flexoprinting, we ensure that every foiled and embossed cigar band meets our exacting standards for quality and craftsmanship, resulting in a luxurious and visually striking final product.
Digital Printing
For our vinyl printed cigar bands, we utilize state-of-the-art digital printing technology. This process involves directly applying ink onto the vinyl material, allowing for vibrant and precise reproduction of intricate designs with exceptional clarity and detail. Additionally, our UV printed cigar bands are produced using advanced digital UV printing equipment, which ensures fast drying times and superior adhesion of UV-cured ink onto the bands.
